Who We Are
Cullan launched Maumus Gunn Development in 2024 after spending 11 years as Managing Director of NORF Companies, a New Orleans-based boutique development firm. While there, he led the successful development of 70 projects representing 400,000 square feet valued at $250 million while also managing several private equity funds he helped raise. Cullan has completed multiple similar rehabilitation projects on his own over the past decade. Cullan is a professor of Real Estate Finance at Tulane University’s Freeman School of Business. He also earned his MBA from Tulane’s Freeman School of Business in 2013, where he focused on entrepreneurship and real estate development. While studying at Tulane, Mr. Maumus was the President of the Tulane Entrepreneurs' Association and received numerous awards for his leadership and service to the school and community.

Miller joined Cullan in Launching Maumus Gunn Development in 2024. He is focused on capitalizing on the current opportunities in the Greater New Orleans market to reinvigorate the surrounding neighborhoods while preserving the historic fabric of the communities. Miller previously founded and operated four Junk King franchises across Southeast Louisiana, which he built into the region’s leading junk removal company, employing dozens and serving thousands of residential and commercial clients. Although he has since sold the franchises, the experience continues to inform his approach to operations, team-building, and customer service at Maumus Gunn. Prior to his ventures with Junk King, Miller worked for 3 years at Ernst & Young, specializing in finance, auditing, and business strategy, followed by a decade of enterprise sales and operational management roles. Miller attended the University of Mississippi, where he earned his BS and a Master's Degree in Accounting.
